LEAN SOLAR can perform single substrate processing for precise process control with a throughput of 1000 cells per hour (process time dependent). LEAN SOLAR’s sequential processing has the ability to run double-sided deposition and can handle standard cell sizes for glass, silicon, and metal substrates. LEAN SOLAR has the ability to run two applications: CIGS, on either glass or stainless steel substrates, and Multi-layer Anti-Reflective Coating (ARC) passivation coating for crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells.
