LEAN SOLAR, our innovative, small footprint solar cell double-sided processing system, brings all the benefits of low-cost, high-productivity manufacturing to the photovoltaic industry. By processing cells individually, LEAN SOLAR delivers highly precise, uniform, repeatable multi-layer film properties. This system supports up to 28 sequential integrated process steps which can be a combination of physical vapor deposition (PVD), chemical vapor deposition (CVD), thermal and etch. LEAN SOLAR minimizes uniformity challenges to enable our customers to rapidly scale-up to high efficiencies.
