Intevac Names Christopher Lane Vice President and General Manager For Intensified Imaging Group

Intevac, Inc. today announced the appointment of semiconductor veteran, Mr. Christopher Lane, to Vice President and General Manager of Intevac's Intensified Imaging Group. Mr. Lane will be responsible for leveraging Intevac's unique Intensified Imaging technologies into new and growing commercial markets.

Mr. Lane spent the past 12 years at Applied Materials, the largest supplier of products and services to the global semiconductor industry. His most recent assignment was as Director of Product Development, where he successfully drove concurrent programs resulting in enabling products in Chemical Vapor Deposition, Etch and Wafer Cleaning. Mr. Lane holds a Masters of Business Administration, specializing in Technology Development, a Master's in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, all from California Polytechnic State University.
